I would like to make everyone aware that the Senior Management Team is the last resort. If you require support you are to use the resources we provide you with e.g. support rooms and forums. If you are waiting in requesting support for a member of SMT, unless they are available you will be seen to by a lower ranking staff member. We have a chain of command for a reason and we expect all community members including staff to follow it.

If you are requesting compensation then you will need some form of timestamped video/screenshot evidence to back up your request otherwise your request will be denied and you will not receive compensation.

If I could also remind everyone to read over the rules and keep on top of them as new ones are being added and you are expected to be aware of them, it is not staff's job to inform you of the rules. If you are not sure about a rules, have a look.
